When to use the Calm Stick
Everyone is different when it comes to how they use the Calm Stick. Many of our customers use it prior to their Yoga routine, were as others have built it into their night time ritual before bed.
The Calm Stick can be used in a few different ways, whether you want to use it to massage into tired muscles or use the relaxing lavender infusion to unwind before bed.

So what’s in the bottle? It’s simple, Full Spectrum CBD Distillate, Almond Oil, Olive Oil, Vitamin E, Lavender & Peppermint Essential Oils.
Dosage
Start off small applying using a circular massaging motion. We recommend starting out by applying on your inner wrists, back of neck and temples. Wait 10-15 minutes and apply more if you feel like you need to. It won’t take long for you to find the amount that works best for you!
If you want to use it for massage therapy, we still suggest the above initially followed by applying it to the targeted area. It can be used in conjunction with other Massage Oils as a CBD boost!
