A location needs to be set in order for your profile to be visible to the general public.

You must enter the full social media URL and must all be in lower case in order for your profile to be linked correctly.

If you have signed up through PayPal, you can cancel your subscription through the ‘Manage Your Automatic Payment’ section within PayPal.

Alternatively, you can email info@comparethehealth.com with a cancelation request. Please give at least 48 hours for a response.

Add us as a contact within your emails, this way all future emails will be sent to your normal inbox.

We are constantly looking to grow and expand as a business. If the demand is high enough, we are able to include more specialist categories. Please email info@comparethehealth.com with your request and we will reply within 48 hours.

In order to upload videos, you must enter a YouTube URL link through the ‘My Media’ section of your profile. As it stands, there is no function to upload videos straight from a desktop or mobile device.

Cover photos must be a minimum of 1110 pixels wide. If you are unsure how to change this or have no other suitable photos, you can email the desired photo to info@comparethehealth.com and we will try our best to assist you. 

We understand this is an ongoing issue that we are trying to resolve. In the mean time if you try refreshing your page and before re-entering your location, zoom out of the map and try again. If you are still having issues please email info@comparethehealth.com

Clients

Search via town/city rather than postcode. If the map is zoomed in to your exact street, zoom out so you have a wider view of your town/city and surrounding areas.
