However, if you’re a strong swimmer, you could potentially complete it in under two hours. The average person would probably take around 2.5 hours to swim 10K. So, if you’re thinking about taking on a 10K swim, make sure you give yourself plenty of time to prepare!
There’s no doubt that swimming is great exercise. It’s a low-impact activity that works your whole body, and it’s also a great way to cool off on a hot day. But what if you want to take your swimming to the next level? A 10K swim is a great goal to set for yourself, and with a little bit of preparation, it’s definitely achievable.
Here are some tips on how to get ready for a 10K swim:
